Psychological Skills Training for Professionals

A skilled professional is one who remains passionate about wanting to develop their skills so that they can extend their potential.

I offer training in a variety of psychological approaches which will enhance how you engage with colleagues, stakeholders, customers, clients and patients.  An advanced trainer in motivational interviewing, I have trained professionals from various backgrounds and management teams in learning the art of engaging with others and in managing resistance in those relationships, skills that can be applied to situations in which shared goals need to be achieved.  I have also trained health professionals, therapists and team leaders across various sectors in cognitive behavioural, transactional analysis and coaching skills, and have adapted these programmes to offer leadership training strategies to managers and leaders in the corporate sector.
